Flame retardant masterbatches for technical polymers and XPE foams, formulated to reduce flammability and limit smoke toxicity.
We design custom flame retardant masterbatches optimized for non-crosslinked polyethylene, crosslinked PE (XPE) and extruded polystyrene (XPS), as well as polymers such as PP and PE-HD/LD.
Our formulations are developed to lower flammability without compromising processability, aesthetics and film sealability (e.g. bubble film or laminating film). Particular attention is paid to reducing smoke toxicity by limiting residual halogens, while preserving flame-retardant effectiveness.
